The slate retreat

This project was a full home remodel that completely transformed an outdated lake property into a warm, modern retreat. Our team reimagined every corner of the house, blending bold black accents with natural wood tones for a sleek yet inviting design.

The kitchen and living spaces were redesigned with custom cabinetry and a striking black hex tile backsplash. The open floor plan now flows seamlessly into the living room, complete with a modern fireplace and built-in shelving. Bathrooms were updated into spa-like retreats featuring backlit niches, textured tile, and matte black fixtures for a true luxury experience. Bedrooms were designed as calming spaces with wide plank flooring, clean lines, and minimalist styling, all oriented toward the lake views. Expansive windows and doors frame the shoreline, bringing the outdoors in and making the home feel connected to its natural setting.
