The coliseum

The Coliseum renovation brought new life into one of Fond du Lac’s most recognizable restaurant and bar spaces. Blending historic character with modern finishes, this remodel celebrates the building’s original charm while creating a refreshed, vibrant atmosphere for dining and entertainment.

Exposed brick archways, custom wall finishes, and restored architectural details showcase the history of the space, while sleek booths, bold lighting, and updated flooring add a contemporary edge. The centerpiece bar was reimagined with rich wood tones, a wide selection of taps, and layered shelving to highlight the extensive drink menu.

From the Annex addition to the detailed ceiling treatments and sports-inspired décor, every element of The Coliseum was designed to create a welcoming environment where guests can gather for great food, drinks, and entertainment.
